Tilted legs, not straight ones.
I imagined a stand that, to the eye, would seem to close in on itself. That is why the legs do not rise straight: they are tilted and cross between the base and the top. The result is an hourglass shape that, in my view, is very pleasing to look at.
It is a small stand, 39 cm tall, designed for speakers that sit very low: for listening from a low sofa, a reading armchair or a pouf. I build it by hand in my workshop in Cesena, entirely in solid Beech: top, legs and base, with no other materials.
The top measures 21.4 × 21.4 cm and is also the stand's whole footprint, so it fits even in tight spaces. If you need another height, try the calculator or see the other speaker stands.

What seating height is it designed for?
For listening from a low seat: a low sofa, a reading armchair, a pouf. With a bookshelf speaker on top, the tweeter usually ends up between 55 and 65 cm from the floor. For your own setup there is the height calculator.
Will my speaker fit?
The top measures 21.4 × 21.4 cm and the speaker can overhang by 2-3 cm. Above you will find a few examples of bookshelf speakers that fit.
